Auch in diesem Jahr hat die Finanzverwaltung zum Jahresende wieder ein umfassendes BMF-Schreiben veröffentlicht, in dem diverse Anpassungen des Umsatzsteuer-Anwendungserlasses (UStAE) vorgenommen werden.
